Return Policy

ALL SALES FINAL.

Majority of our products are secondhand or locally handmade. We ask you to please inspect all items before purchasing. Products are sold AS-IS. Once a product leaves our store, it is your responsibility. We will assist in loading your car and packing as requested.

Returns are only accepted under certain circumstances. Please contact us within 72 hours to request a return. Item must be returned in the EXACT same condition as purchased. A 15% restocking fee will apply. All special-circumstance returns must be dropped off in-store or shipped back at the customer’s expense.

If your product arrives damaged from shipping, please email photo proof of the damage within 72 hours. Approved damaged-in-transit returns will be refunded in full (including shipping costs) to your original payment method.
